Return and Refund Policy – Barki Armoury International

At Barki Armoury International, we are committed to providing high-quality firearms, ammunition, and accessories to our licensed customers. This Return and Refund Policy explain the conditions under which returns or refunds may be accepted.

Due to the nature of our products, returns and refunds are limited and subject to the following conditions:

• Only defective or damaged products at the time of delivery are eligible for return.
   
• Products must be unused and in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and safety information intact.
   
• Firearms, ammunition, and tactical gear can only be returned if all legal requirements for ownership and verification are still valid.
   
• Custom orders or firearms modified after purchase are not eligible for returns.
   

To request a return:

1. Contact our customer support at info@barkiarmoury.com or +92-91-3056685 within 7 days of delivery.
    
2. Provide proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) and photos of any defects or damage.
    
3. Our team will review your request and authorize a return if eligible.
    
4. Only authorized returns will be accepted; unauthorized returns will be rejected.

• Refunds are issued only after inspection and verification of the returned product.
   
• Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
   
• Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable unless the product was defective or damaged during delivery.
   
• The refund process may take up to 14 business days after we receive the returned item.

• Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged products.
   
• Replacement products are subject to availability.
   
• Customers requesting exchanges must follow the Return Request Procedure.

• All returns or refunds are subject to Pakistan firearm laws.
   
• Firearms and ammunition will not be refunded or exchanged if the customer does not comply with legal ownership or verification requirements.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring all licenses and documentation are valid for returned items.

• Products returned after 7 days from delivery are not eligible for return or refund.
   
• Used, altered, or damaged products by the customer cannot be returned.
   
• Barki Armoury International reserves the right to reject any return or refund request that does not meet policy requirements.
