Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Barki Armoury international for your firearm needs. We strive to provide you with the highest quality products and services. Please review our return policy outlined below:

1. Return Period: You may return your purchased firearm within 2 days of the original purchase date. This return period ensures that you have sufficient time to inspect the item and ensures your satisfaction.
2. Usage Deduction: If the firearm has been used, there will be a deduction of 25% from the original purchase price upon return. This deduction accounts for any wear and tear associated with the use of the item.
3. Change of Mind: We understand that circumstances may change. If you decide to return the firearm due to a change of mind, you may do so within the specified return period. However, a deduction of 10% from the original purchase price will be applied in this case.

Conditions for Return:

• The firearm must be returned in its original condition with all accompanying accessories, manuals, and packaging.
• Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice, is required for all returns.
• Returns must be initiated within the designated return period.

Exceptions:

• Returns on customized or modified firearms are subject to store discretion.
• Returns on ammunition, accessories, and consumables are not accepted unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Process for Returns:

1. Contact our customer service team to initiate the return process and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Package the firearm securely, including all original components, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service.
4. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund accordingly.

Note: Please be aware that any violations of local, state, or federal laws regarding firearms will nullify the return policy.
